Did you read this? Yes, I know it’s all in Comic Sans, but I’m fine with that. Well, I mean not fine, but I can get past it. Just a thought, why not use a generic Times Roman or the fail-safe Helvetica, but font choice is not my issue. What really angers me is the use of INCH MARKS as quotes! Good lord people, PLEASE USE QUOTES WHEN YOU ARE WANTING TO USE QUOTES! PLEASE. Not inch marks, not feet marks, use quotes and apostrophes. That’s all. And who exactly is LeBron James?
With an impressive 54-14 record, the second-most wins in division 1, and with a final ranking of 3rd place, TCU Baseball team wrapped up it’s 2010 season as the most successful in the team’s long history.
The Frogs reached their first-ever College World Series berth after defeating the UT Longhorns in the NCAA Super Regionals. Their CWS debut was impressive, with an 8-1 win over Florida State. After wards the Frogs faced UCLA where they lost 6-2 sliding them into loser’s bracket. No worries though, TCU’s line up would prove resilient. With a rematch against FSU, the Frogs were the superior team with a 8th-inning rally that helped lift the Frogs over a 7-2 deficit to a 11-7 victory. Once again, they face the Bruins of UCLA where the rematch proved to be in TCU favor with a 6-2 win, setting them up with a do-or-die game once more with UCLA. This time, it’s was the Bruins who would come out on top, ending TCU’s most successful season in school history.
Below is a poster I designed in honor of this historic 2010 run. Well done guys, made all of us proud. Go Frogs.
Beautifully designed by art director Francesco Franchi and creative director Luca Pitoni, Intelligence In Lifestyle is an Italian magazine geared towards men, but read by women.
From Francesco’s Flickr post:
It is dedicated to contemporary passions and consumptions, and which uses current events as a key to interpret changes in lifestyles.
IL is a magazine that suggests original points of view, unexpected directions and unconventional solutions — that offers more value to the readers’ passions. It provides news, interviews, reportages about the latest trends of lifestyle all around the world.
IL design is based on a formal grid structure, reminiscent of Swiss styles together with the playful look of the 70’s Italian pop magazines. It is information delivered to all us consumers in an aesthetically pleasing format.

Maurice is a ladies man. He doesn’t necesarily love Peter Cetera, but he does love the ladies. And the ladies do love Peter Cetera. So, by default if you love the ladies, then you love Cetera.
Funny ads.
USA 1. Algeria 0. Nuff said. Better yet, have a listen.
How cool are these!
