Posted: May 27th, 2010 | Author: waltersoza | Filed under: Posters | Tags: , , | 5 Comments »

Only 14 days left till the world stops. Check out some of the posters I’ve designed to celebrate the 2010 FIFA World Cup. I’m planning on doing some silkscreen posters, so if you’re interested in getting one, please contact me. I’m also going to upload these up on my cafepress store. Simiansoul.com.  Two versions. Love to hear your thoughts on these.

Update.

I’m sorry I haven’t been able to upload these to my simiansoul.com store. I’m sure that there are a TON of you who want these.
I’ve also been revising one of these posters and tweaking some more. Here are some additional posters. Again, love to hear your thoughts.

The Selvedge Yard

For any one who likes cool bikes, vintage Hollywood stars, British 70′s Punk scene, psychedelic trips, Jack Kerouac, Steve McQueen, race cars, Bruce Lee’s Hollywood Posse (how could you not?!), and so much more, head over to The Slevedge Yard and have a look around. The photography this blogs posts is stunning. Where in the heck they get these? Here’s a quick sample of what you’ll see there.

That tattoo is bad ass.

I’m going to ask for a van on my x-mas list.

I LOVE futbol

Here’s another lovely ad.  Created by Syrup, global ad agency for PUMA. I love the cinematography and subdued color saturation for this ad. Shot on location in Angola, Ghana and the Ivory coast. Soundtrack by Gnarles Barkley. “Going on”

Again, thanks for the posts, great-ads.

OK, one more.
